Minter Bridge Elementary Door Decorating Contest

This month, the student leadership group at Minter Bridge Elementary School held their 3rd Annual Read Across America Door Decorating Contest. There were two categories; Kinder - 3rd grade and 4th - 6th grade.  Doors were judged on their 1) Visual Impact, 2) Craftsmanship, 3) Student contribution and 4) Originality. The Student Leadership committee and their advisor, Ms. Jennifer Morgan and guest judge Mrs. Willms, toured the school with clipboards in hand to make the very tough decision. The doors this year were outstanding, and it was hard to choose the two winners:

• K-3 - Ms. Plotts (2nd grade) with Adios, Oscar
   
• 4-6 - Ms. Adams (5th grade)
